Mystery Box Dinner Masterclass
This was a master chef style event!
I was invited to cook for guests and I prepared food ala Minute, while also doing a masterclass explaining and showing how certain techniques are done ..
This is an event I still offer for guests to choose from and experience a different few hours
Team Building Corporate Event
A full day of Fresh air in the middle of Girgenti was the back drop. Activities for all the crew starting with a lush breakfast
Ftira Making experience was lunch and everyone made his own but served it to their colleagues followed by Afternoon tea and archery . A break in the form of a wine tasting followed with a super BBQ.

Private 70th Dinner
Organized by Adrian Grech the dinner was a super success, because of the simplicity but lush and lighting experience, 40 diners were hosted, and served in the back fields of an amazing farmhouse in Dingli
Food was prepared by Karl and themed on rural rustic surf and turf, per hosts requirements. Canapés and bar snacks served complimented by a dinner.
A Crouquembouche Cake was the Birthday cake all served under the stars in a 14000 fairy light curtain

A small event for a group of people at a seaside location
We did a quick set up as we had a few hours available and surprised everyone with an amazing array of food and drink

Themed with blue the concept of the menu was an ethnic mix of all the places the couple loved the most

We also had a drink which was blue with a base of Gin to go with the theme. The venue was at the maritime museum Vittoriosa
Dinner at the Aviation Museum
The dinner was organized by VIP handling agents Exclusively Malta. The host is one of the top collectors of aircraft related memorabili, and while in Malta he wanted to treat his family to a dinner sitting next to a few top aircraft from WW2 era
Karl was dedicated to this event where the theme was local food including Maltese delicacies such as bragioli, Soppa ta armla, all plated and prepared in fine dining style
Ray Polidano was the curator of the whole experience.
Covid times
During COVID I started doing online cooking classes and also offering pre cooked meals Porchettata was what I offered and people love every morsel, I still offer this to my clients as it is one of the best on the island
Eggsibition bil bajd with David Xuereb
This was a super fun event organized and curated by Artist David Xuereb at Gallery Last Touch n Naxxar, true theme of the exhibition was all about Eggs on every form. All exhibits were made and exposed by David.
Karl was asked to cater for this event, so what better than Egg related food items for such a cool exhibition!
It was an eggsiting one!
